Continually striving to provide our residents with more than just medical care, we assist each individual in moving toward greater independence, self-expression, vocational and personal satisfaction.

WHO WE SERVE

Country Lane Homes is committed to the care and aid of adult individuals (18 years of age or older) who have one or more mental handicaps including: mental illness (MI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), chemical dependency (CD), or related issues associated with aging such as Alzheimer’s disease.
