Country Lane Homes - Living Area

Country Lane Homes currently has three locations, with two of those sites found in Monticello Minnesota. Monticello is a great location that provides the residents with many recreational activities and events. While being known for the elegant and beautiful trumpeter swans that call the city home, Monticello also has the following for community members to take in:

Country Lane Homes - SceneryBoth homes are located in a quiet neighborhood, on large lots with a creek flowing through the backyards. The homes have two car stall garages, large backyard decks and picnic tables for relaxing outside. The homes are spacious and are accessible for those with mobility issues.

The home located at 1209 Sandy Lane is a walk-out. It has four bedrooms (two upstairs and two downstairs), two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a large family room, a downstairs TV room, a dining area and fully furnished kitchen.

Bedroom - Country lane HomesAs with all of the Country Lane Homes locations each resident gets their own bedroom/living space. Each room comes furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, night stand, and mirror.
